To start off the new year right, we discussed some of the wonderful walking and cycling routes around the local area to get outdoors and active! These trails included the Annandale way, Southern Upland Way, and Kirkpatrick McMillan Way. We learned tips for tackling some of these routes in chunks and making it work without using a car. Check them out yourselves!
We also had representatives from Mossburn Community Farm which is a great place to visit along the way. Please try to visit this wonderful organisation which takes in farmed animals and and cares for them, whilst also providing opportunities for animal assisted therapy to the community.
